Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@theduband.com. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene purposes, the Duband cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or damaged. We are unable to accept returns on any used or tampered products to ensure the safety and cleanliness of all items.
