We work hard to get the DuBand in your hands as quickly as possible.
Here’s what you need to know:

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Times:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on your location)

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Shipping Destinations:
We ship worldwide to most countries. If you're unsure about your location, feel free to reach out before placing an order.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of the DuBand—but if something’s not right, we got you.

Return Window:
You may return unused items within 10 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be in its original packaging

  • Must be unworn and in new condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we made a mistake
